I’m Jamie Mendell, and I’ve coached thousands of women on get what they really want - deep inner confidence, a body they feel comfortable in, and a life they're excited about - by teaching them Supreme Self-Care. 

Supreme Self-Care isn't just about taking bubble baths and drinking green juice - it's about taking exceptional care of your mind, body, emotions, and soul.

Workshop 1
Do you feel out of control around sugar? Do you have an all-or-nothing relationship with it? Do you feel like you have a "sugar addiction"? If you can relate, then this workshop is for you! I'm going to walk you through how to trust yourself around sugar. You'll learn how to keep your favorite foods in your home without fearing that you'll eat them  all in one sitting, and be able to have a plate of cookies placed in front of you without feeling like your only options are either eating zero or ten. 
Workshop 2
We all have those days when our favorite pair of jeans feels uncomfortably tight. The question is: what does that mean to you? And how badly does it knock you down? The difference between a woman who has a meltdown vs. a woman who easily puts on a different pair of pants and goes about her day is the way she views herself and her body. Simi and I will teach you how we went from meltdown status to handling these moments with grace. 
Are you running your life or is your life running you? We are constantly faced with opportunities and committments, and if we're not conscious of the choices we're making, we can end up spending our valuable time in a way that feels unfulfilling, inauthentic and limiting. We can get caught up in automatic patterns. I'm going to teach you how to be the driver in your own life, break out of old patterns that just aren't working for you, and create experiences, relationships and moments that are in alignment with the life you truly want to live. 
We all have that voice in our heads that we wish would just go away. She questions our every move, always compares us to other people, and beats us up for being "too much", "not enough", "lazy", "not skinny enough", "unloveable", etc. It is imperative that we learn how to work with this voice so that it doesn't run our lives. If we don't, our lives will be a reflection of insecurity, fear and self-doubt - everything we don't want. In this workshop, Romy and I will give you the tools we use to manage our inner critics so that we can take back our power and live boldly and with confidence. 
Do you wish you could be one of those women who seems so at ease within herself? This comes from radical self-acceptance: knowing and accepting all parts of who you are - the good, bad and the ugly. Many of us walk around hiding parts of ourselves we think are unacceptable or shameful, and try SO hard to show up only as a version of ourselves we deem lovable. The problem is that until we accept all parts of ourselves, we won't have that inner confidence and comfort in our skin that we're seeking. Join this workshop to learn what parts of yourself you have yet to own and how to learn to love ALL of who you are. 
I used to be horrible at dealing with my feelings. If a tough feeling would hit (loneliness, stress, sadness), I would either eat, be reactive, or shove it down. Now, I have the tools to allow myself to feel, integrate and learn from my feelings, which healed my relationship with food and has given me the strength to handle anything that comes my way. Jenn is my own coach and a master of emotional self-care. In this workshop, Jenn and I are going to share unique tools to handle life's most challenging feelings so you can live your potential on a foundation of resilience.
